About Susan

My name is Susan Burch. I moved to Montana from Idaho in 2009 and raised my two children in Helena, both of whom graduated from Capital High School. I met my husband in 2018 and gave birth to a healthy baby boy in March 2024. We recently purchased our dream property and are building our house ourselves. We have two border collies, three cats, and many chickens and ducks. We are fortunate to raise our children in the beautiful state of Montana.

I spent over 20 years in the dental profession, creating many valued relationships that have carried over into my real estate career. I started with real estate investing, which inspired me to become a licensed real estate agent in Montana. I want you to know that relationships and communication are my primary focus in helping you buy or sell your home or property.
