Sometimes the month of February can really drag on.  It's so cold, we're getting too much snow, and we are thinking 'when will spring come and when will we change our clocks for daylight savings time?'  It's normally a slow month for a lot of Agents but not for Luke Den Herder.  He was working on multiple transactions at one time.  Luke finalized three sales during February to make it a great month.
