Agent of the Month - Josh Bibeau

It is with great pride, we introduce our Agent of the month of October, Josh Bibeau. Josh would describe EXIT as smart, fresh, and connected. These traits are certainly reflected in Josh as he is one of our technology gurus in the office! Josh hopes to grow with EXIT in the future, and does this by asking questions and finding answers. Josh entered real estate as a property manager, then decided to become a sales rep. Josh specializes in investment properties, knowing the rentability and pitfalls of owning rentals in the Helena market. 

Josh reminds himself every day that it is his joy to serve God, his wife, his family, himself, and his clients. This affirmation helps Josh keep going and balance his great client service with family time and guitar playing. If you see him at the top of Mount Helena, he might just be out for a run or he might be showing off the view to out of town guests! After that quick hike up the hill, Josh would have dinner at Karmadillos, pairing his food with a Missouri River Brew to get the full Montana experience. 

Family is the most important thing for Josh, and one of his recent happy memories was playing "Stuff Dad Says Charades" at his father's 80th birthday surprise party!
