Agent of the Month - Tonya

Happy November!  A new month brings a new opportunity to brag about one of our wonderful agents. This month we are focusing on Tonya Griffeth. Tonya describes EXIT as supportive, fun, and family-like. Seeing her have fun skiing with her family makes us proud she feels that way about us. Tonya's proudest moments with EXIT have included hold deal together in extremely difficult circumstances. In the next 10 years, Tonya hopes to bring in more agents who will be successful at EXIT. 

Tonya moved to Helena in 2012 and has been working at Great Divide just about as long. If you are hitting the slopes this winter, you might see her running the lift or testing out the powder. Tonya has been an agent with EXIT since 2017, after leaving teaching. In that time, Tonya has shown herself to be tenacious and empathetic. Her personal mantra is "Just Keep Swimming," and it shows. Tonya is always willing to go the extra mile when she can and never shies away from some hard work. 

After a day of skiing, Tonya might be found having a cup of jasmine tea or maybe taking in a dinner show at Nagoya. If it's summer, and she can't go skiing, Tonya suggests the Gates of the Mountain boat tour for a fun activity in Helena.
