Median property sales prices in Helena are up 24.9% from last year.  The median property in Helena now costs $439,000. One indication the market is changing is days on market have moved from 7 days in December 2021 to 49 days in April 2022. 

Mortgage Rates Up!

May 12th national average is 5.57% for a 30 year note. Could this be the end of sub 5% interest rates?! Experts are divided on where rates will land, but most agree that we will not see 3-3.75% for the next decade.
