Sometimes the month of February can really drag on.  It's so cold, we're getting too much snow, and we are thinking 'when will spring come and when will we change our clocks for daylight savings time?'  It's normally a slow month for a lot of Agents but not for Luke Den Herder.  He was working on multiple transactions at one time.  Luke finalized three sales during February to make it a great month. Thank you Kaleb and Leslie O'Connor for allowing me to help you find your dream home.

When I start my tour of duty God, wherever crime may be, as I walk the darkened streets alone, let me be close to Thee.

Please give me understanding with both the young and old.  Let me listen with attention until their story's told.

Let me never make a judgement in a rash or callous way, but let me hold my patience, let each man have his say.

What an amazing celebration with all at EXIT Realty Helena.  We had out Year End/Christmas/New Year party last Friday.  Bob Den Herder took agents/office workers/and significant others out to a wonderful dinner at Montana City Grill.  We shared all our success, achievements and victory with everyone.  I for one can say that we are truly blessed to have such an generous Broker like Bob in our field. BIG Kudo's to Maria Melvin.  In the month of December Maria was working hard on handling the selling of the Kelly's home and arranging for the family to be in their new home before the end of the year.  With great success it was all wrapped up by December 28th.  The EXIT team couldn't be any prouder of Maria for handling such a big task.  We are very lucky to have her here at EXIT Realty Helena.
