April Agent of the Month - Bob DenHerder

Our agent of the month for April is not only an agent. He's also the owner and broker for EXIT REALTY HELENA. Bob Den Herder is the glue that holds our office together. He is always available to teach an agent something new, help them with a tricky deal, or just make sure they took time to eat today. Bob was names Recruiter of the Year for EXIT REALTY MONTANA for 2021 and EXIT REALTY HELENA was named the Franchise of the Year for 2021. That's because Bob believes in people. Bob doesn't just hire agents and set them free. He gets to know them and how they work best and gives them the training and tools to achieve their goals.

Bob has over 30 years of real estate experience in the Helena market. When he's not in the office, Bob can be found camping or having a bite at the Brewhouse. He's also often spotted driving around town in the EXIT Smart Car. If you spot him, give him a wave or snag a photo!

Not only does Bob help his agents out, Bob helps out community Heroes. Bob recently joined the 100 served club for Homes For Heroes. Homes for Heroes is a way that Real Estate agents can give back to Military, Law Enforcement, Teachers, and other community heroes when they buy or sell a home.
