February Agent of the Month - Darla Hirst

Darla is our Agent of the Month for February because of her drive, leadership, and generosity.

Her drive led her to be in the top 10 producing EXIT Realty Montana agents in the month of December  and in the top 5 EXIT REALTY HELENA agents in 2021. Darla continues to impress us with her attention to her clients and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure their experience buying or selling a home is positive.

Darla stepped up to help the management team in a difficult January this year. She organized the EXIT REALTY HELENA family to take care of business and clients. Darla is happy to share her knowledge with up and coming agents and help out wherever she can. Her joy in her work is infectious and her positive attitude brightens a room every time.

She has been generous with her time to so many people. Darla volunteered at a recent blood drive to check people in. She has been helping our Deer Lodge associate with clients as well, traveling frequently for showings. And to top it off, she will lend an ear to her coworkers whenever she can, just to listen. 

Darla only wanted to add to this that she is so very grateful for her clients, her fellow agents, and her community for supporting as she continues to grow as a Realtor. She appreciates everyone who has given her a chance to work with them.
