Josh offers help and encouragement to his fellow agents as well, willing to answer questions, and willing to learn more! He asks the best questions during training, helping everyone better understand. Josh was one of our top 5 agent for 2021. He runs his own business in property management as well, giving him a good understanding of the market.

Josh spent 2021 building his property management business, closing over 5 million in sales, and bought & renovated his family's 1^st fixer upper! It was a whirlwind of a year.
