National Heart Health Month

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, what could be more appropriate than discussing heart health.

There are many ways to care for your heart. 

Some ideas include:

  • Aim for 30 minutes of physical activity.
  • Reduce stress with your favorite relaxation technique.
  • Dance for 15 minutes to your favorite music.
  • Fill half your plate with vegetables at lunch and dinner. 
  • See how many pushups you can do in one minute.
  • Swap your dessert for a piece of fruit.
  • Tell your favorite joke and share a good laugh.

And be careful out there shoveling all that snow!
