Sometimes the month of February can really drag on.  It's so cold, we're getting too much snow, and we are thinking 'when will spring come and when will we change our clocks for daylight savings time?'  It's normally a slow month for a lot of Agents but not for Luke Den Herder.  He was working on multiple transactions at one time.  Luke finalized three sales during February to make it a great month. As always we have Ryan Stavnes moving right along during our fall months.  He has again given his expertise on a beautiful condo to his client.  As always Ryan handled the client's needs by making sure they got exactly what they needed.  Way to go Ryan you have another SOLD in your cap.
